We encourage you to reach out to your contacts at universities and professional organizations to help us recruit individuals from underrepresented demographics with science and engineering degrees to participate in our free Patent Pathways® program.

Your outreach can make a significant impact on the lives of the participants, by creating opportunities for them to prepare for and take the patent bar, receive ongoing training and mentoring, and be paired up with employers to launch their patent careers. With your help, we can change the demographics of the patent bar and promote diversity in this field. Join us in spreading the word about this important initiative to empower and uplift minorities in the patent industry!
