Patent Pathways™ Participant Stories: Michelle Flowers
Patent Pathways (a 501(c)(3)) is a virtual program that focuses on helping the least represented demographic in patent law, Black women, by aiming to register participants with the patent bar and matching them up with mentors and job offers over the course of just one year.
Our inaugural program, which launched in June 2022, had 20 participants. Michelle Flowers, one of our Patent Pathways almuni, shared her experience in a recent webinar.
Michelle highlights her current position in renewable energy, how she learned about Patent Pathways™, what she learned, and what she will do next.
“Going through this program gave me just enough information and confidence to believe that I can be successful in this field and move forward in it.”
